imagine co-operative childcare, co-operative
house-keeping, pure vegan kitchen with emphasis on raw
and living organic vegan foods. {but cooked vegan foods and humans who eat any vegan foods be they raw, living or somehow cooked or bought/acquired prepared and ready to eat, as long as it's vegan, is/are allowed; however, folks are welcome to treat everyone to fresh sprouts, fresh veg juices, fresh wheat grass juice, etc to convincingly draw vegans to gravitate toward more higher percentages of raw living organic vegan foods.}

i think emphasis on babies toddlers and children for this house b/c limited size of land. [maybe someday when hundreds acres then room for everybody.]
and becuase childless healthy adults be they single or couples can camp outdoors just fine;
but folks with babies really need indoors space, housing, warm and legal to keep their babies/children.
